I have been passionate about cooking since I was a little girl. I grew up watching my mother cook and eventually learned how to cook delicious Filipino food. my dream has always been to open a restaurant in Manila, where I can share my passion for cooking with others. I am currently in the process of finding a suitable location for my restaurant. Once I find a perfect spot, I will begin construction on her dream restaurant. I am confident that my restaurant will be a success, and I cannot wait to share my culinary creations with the people of Manila.

Purpose

When asked why I decided to open a restaurant, my answer is always the same: "I just really love food, and I wanted to be able to share my passion with others." But the truth is, there's a bit more to it than that. Yes, I love cooking and entertaining guests, but I also know that opening a restaurant is a great way to provide income for my family. And while running a business is never easy, I wouldn't have it any other way. I know that at the end of the day, I'm doing what I love and making a difference in the lives of my customers. Reason

My goal is to open a franchise of Filipino food all over the Philippines and provinces called Jocelita's. I remember when I was a little girl, my lola would always make the best kare-kare and adobo. I would help her in the kitchen and she would tell me stories of her childhood while we cooked. I always dreamed of carrying on her legacy by opening my own restaurant. That is why I am so passionate about cooking Filipino food. I want to share the tastes and memories of my lola with as many people as possible. And what better way to do that than to open my own Jocelita's restaurant? I am confident that Jocelita's will be a success because there is nothing like it in the Philippines. We will provide quality food at an affordable price, and our customers will be able to enjoy a taste of home no matter where they are.
